the National Institute of Oceanography and Applied Geophysics (hereinafter "OGS") uses and protects the
data you provide when you visit and use the website of the EPOS-Italia community-building workshops, managed by OGS.

When you visit the
workshop website, you will be required to register for the workshop. The
registration form will collect the following data:
- Your name and surname
- Your email address.
- Your institution
Why We Collect Your

We are collecting
your data for several reasons:
- To contact you on the schedule and changes of
the EPOS-Italia activities
- To organize the workshop activities, including webinar and round table discussions.
- To customize our website (e.g., forms, data sharing area).
The email address
will be stored internally by OGS in order to contact
you with the relevant information for the workshop. The information required in
the registration form is needed in order to enable your participation to the
workshop. Personal data will be stored for the duration of the EPOS-Italia workshop activities and then removed in
compliance with the above mentioned regulation.
During the workshop,
OGS will set up conference calls which will be recorded, and live chats which
will be then made public within the site.
